We operate across jurisdictions, analyzing the spectrum of AI infrastructure sovereignty and strategic exposure beyond the dominant US–China compute axis.

Inference dependencies are stabilizing faster than governance frameworks can respond, producing structural lag between infrastructure and regulation. This concentrates decision-making while reducing visibility of emergent asymmetries.

We work with states and subnational actors to anticipate how these dynamics materialize, identifying leverage across geopolitical position, resource endowments, and political economy.
